Arrived inside so grateful to gain my plates before they closed. Once inside the first person I spoke to at the front desk was very nice. Sadly I didn't ask her name. It was confirmed to me I had all the necessary documents. I waited for my number to be called. Then once my number was called I went over to that desk. It was someone that answered to TASHA..when I asked what her name was she told me it was NATALIA..Regardless what her name was she was so rude!!! Never pleasant from the start. Completely ignored me when I asked how are you. No good customer service skills. Went on & on with a side conversation about forgetting to put notes as I silently just observed. Who hired this person??? Apart from that the staff inside have always been happy to assist and continue to communicate providing the good customer service skills needed in the establishment.

It's pretty sad that you can't go in to change your address on your license without an appointment, but they will let you change your address on your registration without an appointment. I told them I was fine waiting standby but they said absolutly not. The closest appointment is a month out. Come on Polk County, you can do much better for your residents!

I had a question so I called and not only were they super rude they literally said “what do you want me to do about it?” Maybe help me with what I needed? Just because you’re miserable doesn’t mean the rest of us are 🤷🏻‍♀️ …

Worst Department of Motor Vehicle experience. Arrived at 12noon sharp for written drivers test for license reinstatement appointment. Took this office 4 hours to call our number. Afterwards the test was completed and passed, they claimed that Tallahassee had to be contacted and that now it 4pm, "hopefully they would answer". Now it's 4:55pm still not complete. If I was you I would avoid this office at all costs they obviously do not know how to be competent or efficient employees. This was for an appointment. What a joke.

this is ridiculous you have to wait a whole month for an appointment if you need a id to travel you screw cause this ppl don't care. I, wish it was like old times that u can just walk in and wait with no problems this people after covid became lazy.

Very efficient. If you have an appointment there is pretty much no wait time. I think I waited like 30 seconds max. They were very organized and friendly!

I took my road test with Phillip today and he was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. He’s the best instructor I’ve ever worked with before. If you do anything at this tax office do it with Phillip.

Well run, efficient and orderly DMV. I was also impressed to see an employee deny an individual a driver's license as he had failed his road test. She was professional and was very clear in her explanation of why he failed. Well done!! …
